Although we are an online company, AllCarsRUs works mostly with Manheim auction centers – the largest auction in the United States. And we are based in Central Florida, Orlando area.

 DO THE VEHICLES COME WITH ANY GUARANTEES? 
At the auctions we buy from, we receive a 14 day or 250 mile guarantee. Some vehicles also come with a “no-questions-asked” return policy, which can cover up to 21 days.
Unless the vehicle you are interested in is listed as being in “as-is” condition, you can expect it to come with a 14 day or 250 miles return policy (the days start counting from the date of purchase, not delivery).
Although most vehicles sold by AllCarsRUs are eligible for no questions-asked-returns, it is only very rarely that a vehicle is returned – usually only in cases where the problem cannot be fixed.
If there is need to carry out repair (such as, the power windows not working), you can expect to receive a check for 100% of the repair amount.
In the extreme case, where a vehicle is returned, the buyer gets 100% refund on the price of the vehicle.

 DO THE VEHICLES COME WITH A WARRANTY? 
Most vehicles, under 100,000 miles, are still covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, but this is often limited.
It is advisable to purchase additional warranty.

  WHERE DO THE VEHICLES COME FROM? 
AllCarsRUs is located in Central Florida, near the largest auction center in the United States.
There are two Manheim locations near to our location, with over 18,000 vehicles on the inventory.
In addition to the Manheim centers, we work with other auction centers to make sure we are able to fulfill orders from all over the United States.
Even if you are looking for ONLY SOUTHERN VEHICLES (No Winters), we ensure that the vehicles we offer you have not been registered in any northern state.

  HOW WILL MY CAR BE SHIPPED? 
AllCarsRUs vehicles are shipped in an open-carrier delivery truck via our network of licensed, vetted, and insured transporting companies.
Customers may request to have their vehicles delivered inside an enclosed trailer. If you would like an enclosed-trailer delivery, please inform your AllCarsRUs representative. But do note that extra charges apply to enclosed-trailer deliveries.

  IS SHIPPING FREE? 
One of the things our customers love most about our service is that we deliver the vehicles to the buyer’s specified location; their home address or place of business.
Most AllCarsRUs vehicles are delivered free of charge to buyer’s preferred location, anywhere within the contiguous 48 states of the USA.
Where not covered by our free delivery offer, shipping fees for locations within the contiguous 48 states start from $150. Please contact us for exact shipping fees to your location.
Deliveries to remote areas attract additional charges.
If there is any shipping cost attached to your purchase, our support team will give it to you before you complete your purchase.
Qualified customers may also include the cost of shipping in their financing.
